Dreams are powerful. Dreams have the power to keep us going when things get really challenging and help us trust that things can get better. Or they can be the start of us moving in a new direction.
Sometimes they are big and colorful. And at other times they are barely more than a vague idea or whisper in our ear that there is more out there.
To me clouds are perfect to capture that range. They are big, vast and even vibrant in color, yet so delicate in texture and can be gone within minutes.
Our Dreams need us to nurture them. To believe in them and ourselves to bring them into reality even if we don´t know the “when” and “how” yet.

This painting is for anyone who’s ever felt like the darkness of struggle might last forever but still found the courage to believe in the light even before they could see it.
When we face life’s challenges it can feel like everything around us turns dark. Often we have no idea when or if things will get better again. Like the uncertain depth of the ocean we don’t know what we will encounter on our way through. There is no real way to prepare beforehand.
We need to have hope and faith to carry us through those times. Hope that we make it though the other side to see the sun rises on a new day.

This painting is a celebration of all that we encounter once we make it to the other side. It´s like a new morning after a long night. A new chapter of life with a deeper understanding of yourself.
Of course there will be new struggles just like the water in this piece is wavy. That´s life. Let this Painting remind you that life is not about everything being perfect.
